TyandX 04-16-2004, 01:12 PM Hello, I have a 1997 Nissan Pathfinder...I can't seem to program my Keyless remote...does anyone have the instructions? Thanks in advance! dbasham 04-17-2004, 04:01 PM I too am having problems programming a remote I just bought on eBay. I do the procedure that I found on the Web but can't seem to get the remote registered. I do the key thing for 10 seconds, the hazards flash twice but when I turn the key to ACC I can't get the remote registered. I just put a new battery in the remote so either 1) the remote doesn't work (the FCC ID seems right) 2) I'm doing something wrong or 3) for some reason keyless wasn't setup on this vehicle which seems weird b/c the hazard lights do flash. HELP! Thanks, --Denny (denny@basham.com) dbasham 04-17-2004, 04:14 PM I was also wondering how I can verify that the remote works. Any feedback on this would be helpful. Thanks, --Denny (denny@basham.com) P.S. I am trying to program this on a 1997 Nissan Pathfinder. gginter 05-20-2004, 11:13 PM I have a remote I bought off E-bay (as spare for wife) with the same FCC ID as my original. But, one of the remote buttons shows Trunk Unlock, mine shows a horn. I haven't been able to make the E-bay remote work. My remote is for a 98 pathfinder. E-mail me we can compare notes and maybe make a swap. g.ginter@comcast.net. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
