Veyron 05-05-2003, 03:02 PM Nice, clean work! :) Andy Jones 05-05-2003, 03:12 PM Originally posted by nervestrikes Everythings looks sweet, but I must say that the wing on the 350Z looks a little crooked. I think the curve of the boot makes it look that way Blowncivic1320 05-05-2003, 03:51 PM Those are really nice, did u get rid of the little air holes in the front bumper of the SAS 350z? Looks the part, nice ride height.. cheers stump Yep its the Aoshima Veilside Combat II VFD3S RX-7 - just got it from HLJ but the the first time had to pay customs charges  The ride height may be a touch higher when its finished as it hasn't got a chassis in at the moment - still wheres theres a will theres a way tonioseven 05-05-2003, 05:20 PM Beautiful work!!!:D I have a set of those RE Amemiya wheels on order, I can see they are worth the $$:) Hiroboy 05-05-2003, 06:14 PM Awesome job on the 350Z, those deep dish rims look the dogs bollocks :) Not sure I like the RX7 but that not you work just the kit. SpoonMan Dos 05-05-2003, 06:52 PM Great looking Z. The color suits the car, the kit is applied flawlessly, and the drilled rotors look realistic. bah humbug 05-05-2003, 07:15 PM Beatiful Z. I should have done the mod you did with the front bumper of the Z. :( Looks awesome. integra818 05-05-2003, 07:35 PM Z looks great, should'ev had some 19's though :D but it's still sweet. I wanna see the RX-7 and the S2000!!! :) flyonthewall 05-05-2003, 08:04 PM Originally posted by Andy Jones I did I'm afraid - sorry FOTW - just trying to make it a bit differentl Doesn't bother me! I think i prefer it and had thought about maybe doing a racing version like that, won't get around to it. I infact sold a couple of the kits like that when the first mold came to the end of its life. The wear and tear had caused the bits of rubber break off that go inside the two intakes, I know Vric had one and wasn't sure if you were the other when i saw your Z. http://files.automotiveforums.com/uploads/2831411.jpg njh 05-05-2003, 10:01 PM Nice!:) D[X]P 05-05-2003, 10:06 PM looks great!!:D :D Andy Jones 05-06-2003, 04:55 PM Originally posted by Hiroboy Awesome job on the 350Z, those deep dish rims look the dogs bollocks :) Not sure I like the RX7 but that not you work just the kit. Steve I must admit I was a bit disappointed with it - the real car on the box looks much better - the back end is just weird but I'll have to see what I can do with it Andy Andy Jones 05-06-2003, 05:03 PM While we're on the subject of weird - what do you think of Estima in a DUB stylee ? Comments welcome (I can take the abuse !) Andy MX100 05-06-2003, 06:34 PM     I LIKE I LIKE!!! the S2000 is looking good alraedy!!! ><!!! can't wait! irupp33 05-13-2003, 10:29 AM that z is pretty cool! Mean_B16 05-13-2003, 06:20 PM You defineitely have skills! I love your ideas and of course I love the lip on the S2K also.;) Love your scratch building skills. RyanGiorgio 05-13-2003, 07:46 PM I like Estimas, and that one looks great! Pug 05-13-2003, 10:41 PM i see a few honda accord parts on there - the wing on the 350 and the brake vent on the s2000. Andy Jones 05-25-2003, 04:33 PM Progress has been slow as (and I'm sure this is a common problem) I've got too many models on the go at the same time.I've managed finish the bodywork & sprayed up the S2000 today - the results are attached - the colour is Rover Tahiti Blue pearlescent although hard to tell from the photo. Not much left to do except clear lacquer the body, polish it out, spray all the satin black trim, paint the interior, spray the wheels, build the suspension etc, etc. (j/k):D Anyway just thought I'd post this to prove I haven't forgotten it. more to follow (eventually). Blowncivic1320 05-25-2003, 04:57 PM Thats really nice, you should leave the rims white it has a nice look to it Andy Jones 05-25-2003, 05:04 PM Originally posted by Blowncivic1320 Thats really nice, you should leave the rims white it has a nice look to it Your right it is tempting ! I have the same problem when using the paint on my models as it is coming out too dark. It's suppose to be a lighter blue but not as light as mica blue ts-50 from tamiya. Good job on the kit though! http://files.automotiveforums.com/uploads/812699carpic.jpg Didn't mean to hijack your thread or anything andy, just wanted to show everyone the color of the paint. Love the look of the front end, not too sure about the rear but i will save judgement til its complete. BTW, I may just have to pinch your idea:wink: I have a Del Sol collecting dust and the ITR front will match upto it perfectly - a future project i think! bah humbug 06-17-2003, 10:47 AM I guess it looks pretty cool. Why don't you make another thread? Why don't you try putting that ITR front end on a supra. You could have a blitz supra. Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2012
