me agian, my tacho is flickering on and off and i was wondering if any one else has had this problem? does any one have a wiring diagrame?
where does the signall come from? the crankangle sensor?

It sounds more like the joint where the cable runs into the back of the cluster is split. I've seen this on a GTS4. If you remove the instrament cluster and then the cable out of the back of the dial there is a plastic coupler that it runs into. You may be able to source a second hand one from a wreckers as I am not sure you can still get them from Nissan new.

do you mean the cable for the speed meter (kph) or are you talking about a wire or connection if it is a wire can you remember the colour?
