Get Paid To Drive An Rx-8

I'm pissed. There is this job in Dallas that was on hotjobs.com where they pay you $15 an hour to drive around a new rx-8 and be a "brand Ambassador" This would be the best job in the world. I contacted the lady and basicly you just drive people around in the car and try to get them to buy one. Why am I pissed? A.) I'm not 21 and B.) I live no where near Dallas. So if any of you guys live near Dallas, you should look into this so you can tell us about it...

They'd have to pay me $50 an hour to ride in that car!

I think I'd take a RX8 with easier handling at the limit than the 30 extra horses and the snap oversteer exhibited by the 350Z I have witness personally.

What's the matter with you? Don't you like living on the edge, and beyond?

Given his comments on handling, 'beyond the edge' may not be preferable, especially if you go through a guardrail to get there.

I know someone who has tagged a guardrail with a 350Z thanks to the snap oversteer characteristics and the fact that the road was wet. Nothing wrong with the car, its still powerful as hell, but alot of reviews are just saying the mazda is setup to handle better and it approaches the limit more gracefully. I have always witnessed 350z snap around in autocross, but they turn some amazing times for the most part.

Gotta say I like the looks of the RX8 over the Z. Dont think I'd buy either of them, but of the two the RX8 looks sharper. I hope I take the time to take one out for a test drive this summer. After we get the next house purchase finished, I think we'll still keep our eyes pealed for the next NSX. That will be a kick ass ride.

350z owns jo0, makes 287 hp at just 6500 rpm while rx8 struggles all the way to the 8000 rpm redline to make 37 horses less :finger:

their are other things to think about like its smooth power curve and perfect weight ratio.oh and it redlines at 9000 rpm not 8000. their both really nice cars though

The interior in 350 z feels like a kia made it i have to give it credit its fast but the rx8s interior is so much nicer. and the rx8 handles better.
