2004 TB fan/heater/AC

not working on speeds 1, 2 and 3 but 4 and 5 are working. What might be the problem and how much to fix.

Sounds like the HVAC blower motor resistor pack has gone bad. It sits right next to the blower under the passenger side lower trim and behind the glovebox. About $45 to buy and 1/2 hour to change out if you're good with wrenches, and getting into tight spaces. Good luck!

This sounds a lot better than I was thinking. Hopefully have it done for $100!
