Mileage clock / wing mirrors - year 2000 convertible

Hi,

Two questions, would be very much obliged if someone could help me with these.

1) Do the wing mirrors on the year 2000 clk fold? It doesn't look or feel like they do, but I live on a narrow street and am worried about them getting clipped.

2) How do you reset the mileage clock (say for when you fill the tank) on the digital display? Reseting the clock would also be sweet.
