Gabe25 AF Enthusiast Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Waipahu, Hawaii Posts: 522	Replacing the Headliner OK, Does anyone have any good and easy way to remove the spong padding the seats between the Headliner cloth and back board. I tried the tennis ball rub, but that didn't work. Putty knive scraping didn't help either. The spong is only brittle in some places. Any ideas???????? __________________ 1994 1st.Gen. Got it. I use acetone and it came right off. Thanks for your suggestion.
