2003 4.3l V6


has anyone ran headers to dual straights w/ flowmaster super40s and if so how does it sound and hows the power range

Headers on a modern late model computer controled street driver can cause less power and creat problems.
If you mess around with back pressure it can lower power and engine make running problems.

Best to keep any add on exhaust behind the cats.

Header only work out well on race and drag cars and off road setups that have other goodies to go with the headers.
