Tamiya Nissan 370Z
I had this kit a month before you could get it in Japan
Built out of box for Scale Auto review, painted Tamiya Light Gunmetal. It's a nice kit, much better chassis detail than the 350Z, still no engine. Assembly was typical Tamiya, aside from having to scrape a little material from the headlight covers where they meet the hood. This kit is shockingly overpriced in the US, but that's typical of most new Japanese kits imported here w/too many middlemen.

Looks great in that color. Stance is a bit high - no?

Re: Tamiya Nissan 370Z
Yeah, you are right.
Now that I've seem them in person, I think 350Z is a more balanced car overall. There are couple of awkward angles on the 370Z.

Speaking of love it or hate it styling...Ferrari California. I hate it. Even more so after seeing it in person (very unlike most Ferraris). The 458 Italia...love at first sight. I hope it lives up to my expectations when I see them in person. It's like the California is everything that is wrong with Ferrari, and the 458 is everything that is right with Ferrari. Could be worse...a CUV or SUV.

Re: Tamiya Nissan 370Z
I can't wait to see Italia in person. I really like it and I hope it looks just as good as it does in photos. Anyway, back on topic!

Re: Tamiya Nissan 370Z
Wow, awesome build, Cant wait for the Mag to arrive in the mail.
It almost looks like a breadvan in your Photo, cant wait to see one in real life. Does anyone know if Tamiya will release the Nismo version, like they did for the last Z & R#$ GTR?

Very nice 370Z build. I would now like to get my hands on this kit and the color will be silver for sure. Great Job!

Re: Tamiya Nissan 370Z
Brilliant finish. I prefer the shape of the 350Z. How do you have time to complete so many kits? Is it your profession? I struggle to finish any! All Japanese kits are now really expensive in the UK too.
