94 Trooper turn signal issues

Hope someone out there that can help me out. My Trooper started showing four-way flashers whenever I signal left or right. (If I use either my left or right signals all signal lights flash.) My Hazard light still work as normal.
This is what I have done so far, and have not rectified the situation.
1) changed out my flasher unit.
2) changed out turn signal unit.
3) observed all light bulbs, and harnesses.
4) checked trailer wiring for defects.
5) inspected wires and plug where turn signal unit plugs into.
6) KICKED THE TIRE.
