Z06 Wheels On An 84 Z ???

Here is the link to some bad ass wheels i might get off of Ebay

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=380052562820

Does naybody have any experience with putting Z06 wheels on a 3rd gen. ?? I have an 84 Z28. I need to know if these wheels will stick out at all or otherwise, look goofy or undesireable. I know i need to get wheel spacers, too.

Without spacers, I dont even think they will fit, if they somehow do then you will get alot of rubbing. I believe most people with 3rd gens buy 1 1/4" spacers to mount Corvette rims. It could be more or less with the inches in the spacers though.

Okay so basically Ill pose the question again....

Nah, Ill just buy the wheels and then pop one wheel off and measure the distance. Thats the best way to do it. thanks for the help guys. you think the torque thrust wheels or the brand new C6 wheels would look better on a black/silver (Black from the bottom faded to silver on the top) 84Z ?????????????????

Personally, I think C6's look great on third gens, very rare to see too.
