Well, this is still unresolved.

On 2-18-08 he sent me a PM asking for my adress so he could send reimbursment. I replied with my adress on 2-20-08.

On 3-10-08 I still had not recieved a money order so I sent another PM to see what was going on. He replied on 3-12-08 and said that it was on the way.

On 3-30-08 I still had not recieved a money order so I sent another PM to once again see what was up. I have not recieved a reply yet as of today.

This deal with John is getting really old, he has had my $145 since 5-20-07. It's time he steps up and makes this right.

I am not in your situation but can imagine how frustrating this is. I would be extremely pissed off. Just keep PM'ing his ass.

Well, it's 4-20-08 and still no reply from John.

I wish I had a phone number for him.

I doubt a phone # would achieve any faster results, since he works 6 days a week.
I also doubt this mishap was intensional.

I seen this thread a long time ago and waited to see how it played out. I don't know FormulaLT1, never talked to him. I think it speaks loads about his character to leave this thread alone. He (or his buddies) could delete, close, ban you, and whatever else to sweep this under the rug. That has not happened, nor has he publicly bad mouthed you on here.
I can only come to the conclusion that you will get your money back.
