Help with motor

I have a 92 q45 and I was wondering if there is any way to put a 94 vh45de in my 92.If so what will I need to do to make it work (in Details PLEASE) Thanks

Generally speaking, it is not easy as detail changes in the engine and wiring harness are many. Best to get an early JDM takeout. Inspect as many as you can (don't believe anything the seller is telling you), choose the best one, then rehabilitate it before you install it. Much cheaper when it is out than after it is installed.
