HELP... Idle issues now wont go anywhere

Ok.. Im having some major issues.. I was having some idle issues at first but the other day I got in my car and cranked it up. went about 30 feet and came to a stop and tryed to screw with me radio so I put it in nutral. got done messing with the radio after about 20 seconds and put it back in drive. pushed on the gas and all it did was rev. so I put it in to reverse and same thing. I did notice though for some reson. the OD light was just sitting there blinking.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.. also checked my transmison fluid and its fine..

thanks
J
