98 accord having problems w/turbo help

It is a bone stock 4cyl motor with the fmax bolt on turbo kit. Tial wastegate, HKS Blow Off Valve, MSD Boost Timing, Turbo Timer, Boost gauge and Oil Pressure Gauge. The car has some issues... whenever the car is full throttle it won't boost fully.will bog out around 3000-4000 rpm's how do i fix it.

What plugs are you running and at what gap? What is the car tuned on?

Im going to take a guess and say, stock plugs and no tune....

theres a thread on Honda-tech that will make you take that comment back...some guy (obviously with too much money) decided to build a 700+whp F23 accord...so far it has a topmount and GT4294r sitting under the hood....
