Does anyone know if a 86 Supra came with a LIMITED SLIP, positive traction or just a peg leg rear end? Just bought one on ebay cause my dad and I rebuilot one when he was alive.

Re: 1986 Supra rear end
You can look for the LSD stamp on the diff housing, or you can look at the manufacturing plate on the firewall. There will be an axle code on it. The code will be a letter followed by 3 numbers, such as "A062". The last number indicates what kind of diff. If this number is a 3 or 5 the car has an LSD. If it is 2 or 4 then you have an open diff.
