Its just as good as DHPs tuner, maybe even a little butter

If I had a turbo, sheesh.... Look out!

so if you're going to be doing some 13 second 12 second action. Have you upgraded the fuel pump? are you planning on upgrading the fuel injectors?

Re: Is donkeypunchperformance gone?
Have not upgraded the fuel pump yet, I do have 22or 24# injectors.
I'm going to pull the upper intake to do some finish work. So I'll get to see exactly which they are, didnt even mean to buy larger at the time, but it's worked out.
Though I am fully aware that to pull that kind of hp I'll upgrade the fuel system and get an adjustable FP regulator. Thats just common sense more air more fuel.

Re: Is donkeypunchperformance gone?
22# and 24# injectors are way too small for pushing the supercharger especially if you intend to run low 13s or go over 250hp. My super secret tuning and fueling is simple.
72lb/750cc injectors, walbro intank replacement meant for an ls1 fbody, upagraded theelectrical to the pump, aem fuel pressure regulator set at the OEM fuel pressure. That's all my fueling mods.
Tuning wise i went to a GM dealership bought a 2bar map sensor and had them reflash my computer to the programming for the GMPP supercharger kit that is available for the 2.4l. This programming allows the oem PCM to apply proper fueling for 310cc fuel injectors, OEM fuel injectors are 260-270cc. I was running 750cc, so even though the car was capable of handling the fueling for boost it was pig rich. I hooked up the HPTuners software and well what i now have is what you get.
So what are you tuning with? Do you have access to a dynomometer? Do you have a wideband? Do you do any datalogging?

Re: Is donkeypunchperformance gone?
The SC kit I have came with huge injectors and a PCM.
My SE has a reflashed/open ended PCM, I have a friend who has the tools to reflash pcms , so that might come in handy if I need.
I do very little tuning thus far, I'll cross that bridge when I get there. I am going to a dynamometer in a few weeks to get a base reading.
Then I'll know where I need to go

So he probably has HPTuners or DHP Powertuner. Those are the only two products on the market that can tune and reflash the N-body PCM that anybody is aware of. I'm throwing out the possibility of GM's reflashing equipment because you can't tune with them just upload whatever is in GM's software tool chest which is just vanilla OEM flashes with small software updates.
You better do some logging on the dyno for a/f and knock. You're definitely going to have to step up to at least some 42lb if you intend to make some power for low 13's.

That would be a big fat NO on the HPtuner, like I said before no one has this! I can adjust-save-load any of the settings in less then 5min while the cars running/driving thiers no flash going to here.
Remember here, my SE is a daily driver that gets 22-24mpg in the city. When I have the custom settings with the most output, it gets around 10-12mpg
no knock- spinning heads......

you have OBD2, your PCM gets flashed with new calibrations through the OBD2 port. Unless if you are running some sort of standalone that you decided not to indulge in letting out. If your supposed custom settings are giving you crappy gas mileage, that would be the tuners fault, or can be due to the fact of you probably using a piggyback fuel computer. If you're boosted you should be running 11.5-12.5:1 air/fuel ratio when hauling ass at wide open throttle, 100% on the TPS sensor. On someone who is proficient in what they are doing you should be able to get reasonable mileage in daily driving situations, I know I do.
Whenever I upload a new tune to my PCM it takes me less than 2 minutes to have a flash uploaded into the computer.
It sounds like to me you're using something like a piggyback computer like an Apex'i S-AFC, or something from Greddy's piggyback offerings, that can be programmed for two different settings. Those such devices do not flash the PCM but trick the PCM with altered readings to enrichen or lean out the air/fuel mixture. I used to use an Apex'i S-AFC up until HPTuners came out with support for the 2.4L twin cam motor of my model year.
So why are you so secretive?

Ree: Is donkey punchin performance gone?
I'm actually running 14-14.7:1 A/F ratio,
which is the ideal A/F ratio for optimum performance and economy.
And I'm not trying to be secretive at all.
Its not my software/hardware,
my friend is working on getting it patented, so loose lips sink ships.
So then one day soon anyone can buy/use it.
It is very simular to the DHP software thats all I can realy say.

you're running 14 - 14.7 on boost? I take it you're using platinum plugs with that supercharger as well right?

Re: Is donkeypunchperformance gone?
Xero's running mid to high 13's without boost, on a stock bottom end to my knowledge... no NOS or anything, and very very little tuning. His car has a bunch of potential which will be opened up throughout the year with the sc and all that jazz
And grandma, for someone that knows so much about cars and has done so much research, you should have at LEAST clicked on his cardomain page to see what he's got so far (maybe a couple things have changed but prolly not much)!
