Usually better fabric, more detail, prettier, etc and if taken care of properly, should last longer. And as is usually the case with more expensive bras, they are a much better fit and therefore more comfortable.

Pointy = good.
Round = good.
Small = very good.
Medium = good.
Large = pretty good.
Extra large = not good.
Firm = very good.
Saggy = not good.
Real = good.
Fake = pretty good (although, I may have to do more reasearch on the topic before making a final decision).
Etc.
These are merely preferences, and there can be exceptions...
