Re: 52mm TB?

Spline count won't matter to you since you don't have to change the carrier and all the pinion gears use the same ammount (which is 27). Yes you have a 3 series and yes the 4.10 or 4.11 will also be 3 series. 10 bolt 7.5 - 7.625 use the same gear, and you have the 7.625 which is a 10 bolt (although that means nothing cause lots of gm rears of lots of sizes are 10 bolts). The part number for richmond 4.10's for your vehicle is 6903221. Good luck.

(edit- don't know much about the sportman version richmond gears but these are the right size and the price looks very good SGM7508)

Also, I would be very interested to hear if you do actually have a torsen in there cause I can swear I read that SLP only used them in 99 + SS, WS6 & Firehawks but like I said before, I could be wrong on this.

Re: 52mm TB?

yeah, im pretty sure its a torsen diff, not only does it say that on the SS notebook.. but i have never been able to 'powerslide' it into turns like i used to be able to with my posi on the 3rd gen..

also ive been looking up the SS option on a bunch of camaros for sale, and most of them also list the torsen.. 'torque sensing differential'

ill take a picture of the SLP options on my door..i swear i had a picture on my desktop..

Re: 52mm TB?

I would call Richmond and inquire about those. I have a feeling they are not to OEM quality and could cause headaches and require you to install a better set a second time but you never know.
