SAFC-II ? You can't do very much with those bro. You'd be better off with a Cartech BEGI FMU and a Wide band O2 sensor. You can't add as much fuel as your going to need with that thing. Those are more or less for FINE tuning.

Re: What have you done to your cavy, and how much invested thread
Alright, the SAFC modifies the MAP sensor, to trick the computer into increasing the duty cycle right?
Basically, this means that we can't increase the duty cycle based on the 1 bar MAP signal because it is useless right after you step on the gas (vacuum turns to pressure) and will probably just throw a code (MAP over-voltage?). Think about it..... how can this increase the duty cycle when the MAP's input to the PCM is max'd out at 1BAR?
So, I think the SAFC is only good if you need to decrease the duty cycle. So you will either need big injectors an FMU, or both then tune by decreasing pulse width where needed with the SAFC. I'm talking turbo's mostly here...
So this means that the SAFC cannot effectively increase the fuel supply once the MAP sensor is max'd out (very early in rev range)? Right?? I mean once the MAP has exercised it's control authority over the fuel supply (which occurs very early (with a 1bar MAP), right after the throttle is fully opened)
Sooo basically.... enjoy your light show.

What size/type of injectors do I need to buy then? I have a hell of a time finding the right parts for my car.

Re: What have you done to your cavy, and how much invested thread
You can get any injectors that you want really. A popular choice is ford brown(35lbs) or green tops (42lbs). Anything is going to have to be re-wired into your old harness's.

Re: What have you done to your cavy, and how much invested thread
wow who wants to lower my car for me? lol.... It sucks because I'll probably only be able to go MAYBE....MAYBE a Maximum of 2 inches, b/c of my body kit I'm putting on... Plus not to mention I live in f**king Ohio, in the hilliest, bumpiest, poorest part of the state..okay maybe not poorest, but close lol. And plus gravel roads I have to travel and steep inclines and such...I'm so cracking my body kit

Re: What have you done to your cavy, and how much invested thread
It will look 10x better once you throw the kit onto it.
