SRT-4 exhaust ins't needed nor required and you use the STOCK PCM with either a missing link or MAP clamp.

i did some research on the MAP clamp....is there anyway to tuneit without the dyno? and will i still need this if i got the APEXI SUPER AFC 2?

Stuff needed would be SRT-4 turbo/manifold, oil & coolant lines along with fittings, map clamp, intercooler and piping, turbo 02 housing, downpipe, bigger fuel pump, bigger injectors, and a fuel pressure regulator. You can get a boost controller if you'd like, but won't be necessary if you are running th stock 4 psi.

Not that I know of...you don't "need" to tune it, but it's recommended for optimal performace.
