For the MR2 questions you just asked...I refer you to the Toyota section of AF.com

As for how much do you have to do to get 400HP...it's quite simple...they make stage II kits usually...so that puts you around 300RWHP just on the kit alone...so you get yourself a good intake, downpipe, exhaust, some form of boost control...and any other elec gadgets you will want/need...like boost gauge, turbo timer, EGT gauge, and air fuel ratio gauge...and bump up the boost..provided you have a good fuel pump and injectors...you should be safe to boost up to around 14 psi...and provided you have a nice sized turbo...you could 350-380RWHP easy...which of course is OVER 400HP at the flywheel/crank.

this guy is too Hilarious, I don't even think he could read the Super Street lol...... probably doesn't know what all the numbers and letters in the engine codes even mean. He probably saw Fast and Furious and they were talking about sr20's in there like they were hot shyt and he thinks they are the sliced bread ever since lol.

aight aight ... i'll b mature bout' dis... but u gotta realize that the sr20det has soo much more potiental then the ka24de... way more... when signal pulls off 600hp easy w/ an s15 engine... ... they could of gone more radical and make like 800hp w/ a sr22det(due to the stroker kit) that's 272 hp/ lt w/ 600 hp ... when a ka24det can only make 400 when pushin' it... sr20det was created for real street racing... a light compact engine that has a great output... the ka24de was built to last and not 2 go thru harsh driving conditions by tunein' it up... you can't beat an engine that was built for preformance... ... oh yea i'm an 18 yr old soon 2 b millionaire so watch out 4 mah 600hp street 240sx... yea i'll keep da emblems ... cauze it'll b a sleeper

oh yea and i've been researchin the sr20det for like 2 years now... i gotz a 240sx 95' and yea i'm hilarious.. ... oh yea soo funny eh'... soooooooooooooooooo funny hahahahahahahaha comin from a person who can't tell his left nut from his right... and yea i don't think they talked bout' da sr20det... and yea i get alot of info from mags... ... but i kno mah shit...

first of all I actualy don't care about people with no manners and I would have kicked you from the BB.

2nd the SR is a cheap construction! that's a fact if you don't belive me learn japanes and ask a nissan engineer over there!

3rd each engine developed by a company has certain requirements to achief.

4th talking about S13-S15 the probably best engine, regarding engineering problems and reliability, built for those cars would be the CA family.

5th I don't care what follows to this post as long as it's not constructive critics.

6th It turns me happy seeing the loyal members of this BB holding together. Go on

the truth is every car company make one good engine, which is the ultimate engine. every other engine is just a design for a more affordable price. nissan=skyline, toyota=supra, mazda=rx-7(now rx-8), and so on, every other engine lower is consider to have potential, but not as good as their one good engine. just my opinion because everybody love to beat a more powerful car with a lower class engine right?

Thug,

It's really not helping your situation when you mention only ONE SR that is in the 600HP range and you mention street racing as your example...

Everyone who knows something knows that street racing isnt the true measure of a car and that one car doesnt make a real good engine inferior...I mean you can get a 600HP KA-Turbo...but I mean...we can go back and forth all day and argue HP wars...but I rather not...open up your eyes and stop hating the KA

ok okay... ... ... the ka is a tru engine... sorry bout' all dat b/s... i guess it really is da driver cauze when i started racein' mah 240... i wasn't that good... but ... ... in the past week i beat 3 bmw's
... and mah car isn't even mod'd a 323ci a 330i and a 318i... CYNNNNNNN

i like the single apexi N1 better then the duals. My friend has a single on his 240 and it lookz very very nice.
