Mango - Haven't heard that one before. If the noise is a clicking noise, coincides with wheel rotation, and is coming from the front I would suspect inner cv joints, brakes or transmission related problems.

You should get off this thread and make a separate thread to get more answers. Label it " noise when backing" or something like it. Cheers!
