Re: Can you tell?
ok, so here is the update, i did not get that block because it was going to be $250-$350 for shipping. So i am just going to keep my eye open for a 350 block that needs rebuilt. And i will run the tbi system on it with the 454 tb.

Re: Can you tell?
the stealthram system with the computer management system and fuel kit with injectors and all is over 2000. The manifold itself can be had for around 500-600 dollars. Buddy of mine is running that system and is making about 360hp to the wheels with a mild 355 build. Doesnt seem like much till you look at his torque which is about 430ft/lbs. I think the tbi will be more work but like he said geno is going to prove me wrong.

thats essentially all you would be building. I know it will make good power, just seems like a hard way to go. With a tpi system with the stealth ram manifold and the right cam and tune and ported heads you can make very good power and youll have your top end. Not a lot of it but enough. Like my buddy's car with 430lb/ft. That torque is what is going to get you moving.

Re: Can you tell?
i am still kinda still unshure but i am leaning towards tbi because it is cheeper, i was looking at the FI kits for tbi motors but they are like $2,000. So i think i am still going to go tbi.
