2000 Buick Regal - no dash lights

Just bought a used 2000 Buick Regal. Came nighttime and we noticed the dash panel lights don't work (including heater, CD/radio, etc.). Checked and replaced fuses but lights are still out. Rotated dimmer switch until interior lights came on, but dash lights still out. Any ideas? Thanks!

It's the dimmer control on the headlight switch assembly. Check to see is there is 12v on one side of the dimmer and then check output which will vary based on dimmer position. The dash bezel will need to be removed to access the headlight switch.
