oh man, l didnt even see the the difference when l looked first.. but now l see.. well they look great and crome looks great too.. damn!!!!!! l really cant tell which is the best.. l guess l will get the crome oones when l get my T/A you know why? cuz when l drive l want them to shine like sun more affective.. black is great too but it is like those cheap racers on the streets (MY OPINION)
but l am sure both would look great on your car..

I can't see those wheels looking like a ricers.
WAY too clean on the car.
They aren't a black...more like a gunmetal.

Re: Thinking about...
I would go Chrome but its ur car. If you like the others try to get black I dont think gun metal would like right, there just isnt anything gray on your car.

Re: Thinking about...
I like the clasic with the dark centers - like old muscle cars.
I do like the idea of widening the stockers too tho.
Where do you get that done? I'd like to widen the honeycombs on my 79...

Re: Thinking about...
Try your local tire shops. Maybe they can point you in the right direction. It is expensive though.
Seems there is ONE shop in the Denver area that does it.
Try this...

Re: Thinking about...
BTW...
I just got a PM back from the owner of that black Trans Am with the wheels I want at Tech.
Powdercoated a gloss black in the centers. So they would be torque thrusts, but a little custom.
