That's a damn nice suburban. That's similar to what I want to do with my 'rents Suburban once they're ready to sell it. I'm going to buy it off of them and use it to tow the SS around to shows in an enclosed trailer. Plans for our black Suburban include dually flares while tucking a few wide rims with rubber in the rear. No dual wheels, just wide singles. I'll have to find some nice rims for it, and fix it up esthetically, having been a family Suburban, it needs a little work. That's what hobbies are for...
