Id want this thing as perfect as possible. And for peace of mind I wouldnt splice in anything. I dont know if the small amount of resistance added by slicing would do anything but being a paranoid person as I am I would not want to find out. It should start up fine without them. Just plug the holes in the mean time with some bolts. I have faith in ya luos! Just remember to connect the battery......

Re: I hate the LS1's wiring harness.....

I tryed to fire it Saturday.
Oil pressure....check.
Fuel....check.
Spark....check.
Too much fuel....check.

It floods out. I have been trying to get ahold of my buddy that has HPTuners to get a very basic tune on it so I can break it in.
I also ordered the O2 extenders this morning.

If I get those O2 extenders by Friday and can get ahold of my friend, it WILL be started this upcoming weekend.
Still won't be driveable though most likely. I want to make sure the motor is okay before putting everything back together.

Re: I hate the LS1's wiring harness.....

My goal is mid 12's here.
That would be a mid 11 or so at sea level.

The car will have the power for 10's at sea level, just needs to hook.
