Yeah, he said this a while ago, he'll run cheap oil, then not so cheap, and then synthetic.

i donno how you can mistake a big ass intake manifold, with fuel rails for a carb?
and i wasnt trying to own any one, when he said something about the carb i was like what? "?" and then i said that hes running fuel injection.
on a side note, do you think i can make an intake manifold like luos's fit my 2.2 cav? lol, maybe i can just rig it up for looks? that would be bad ass pop the hood and see one of those, it would look hot to.

Re: I hate the LS1's wiring harness.....
Cam doesn't need broken in on this motor.
Rings need to seat. They don't seat properly using synthetic I guess.

That's kinda how it is. 3rd and 4th gen Camaros are the same thing and for some reason the Camaro forum is more popular than the Firebird forum, so you could get more responses and faster as well compared to the firebird forum.

Re: I hate the LS1's wiring harness.....
By the looks of things...
It should be started tomorrow. Hard to say if it will run...but I will be trying.
Sorta a small snag though. Gotta order some O2 extenders....stockers aren't long enough for longtubes.
Running and driveable are different things.
I did pick up the camera if that tells you anything.

if you dont want to wait you can just make your own, its pretty easy, just mark the 02 wires, cut them in half, add in your needed length of wire, solder it up, tape each wire up nice and your good to go...
