You should check the MAF. My blazer did this exact same thing for about 4 mos, then I hooked up the diagnostic computer, and an O2 sensor code came up. I checked the MAF, it was a mess. I replaced it, and it ran like new. I don't know if this is what is wrong with your car or not, I just thought I should tell you what I know. I hope I helped!
