I'm runnin a puralator w/mobil1 pure synthetic.

I've often been tempted to get one of those k&n oil filters but they are a bit more expensive. Anyone know if they even make a difference?

Did you try the Wix site to see if there's a distributor near you. If not I'm sure you an find some on line. I'm lucky, there's a few places around here that sell them. I get mine for about $7.00 a pop.

I use NAPA GOLD filters, and they're made by WIX. I used K&N filters for awhile, but WIX has always tested as being just as good for alot less money.

Re: what oil filter do you guys use??

I opted for Mobil1 Because of the synthetic fibers. Besides it matched my oil in the shopping basket

Re: what oil filter do you guys use??

this time i used fram extended guard on the truck and wifes car. usually use wix/napa gold cause we get a smokin deal on them at work(can get a napa gold cheaper than a fram at wally) also run CASTROL 10w30 in both.
