It might be possible to use a hole saw and make one in the box on either the front or back side of the amp rack and have the fan blowing out?

Or try making some spacers or something to have the bottom seat mount just a tad higher... dont know how those seats mount up.

If it's almost enclosed anyway, build a box around it with one end completely open, and the fan blowing out of the other end. The idea is to pull cooler outside air across the amp, and exhaust the hot air from around it. If you feel the flow off a computer fan, they're almost always pulling air over what's being cooled, not blowing directly on it.

You should have picked a quality mono class D amp. These kind of amps rarely even get warm at all. You're really pushing that amp to work. The whole top of the heatsink is up in the air so it should cool just find the way it is. The only other thing to do would be to rewire the ohm load from the speakers or redo the power and ground cables.
