Re: importing to US
I love the sound and look of this car. It would be a good competitor for porsche/vette over here.

Re: importing to US
that's real unlikely unless the new owner starts to put airbags in them but even though i could be about 2007, 08 before they're allowed to sell in the u.s. although you can still drive one illegally becos not that many police officers in the contries know about british supercars

Re: importing to US
no i mean the new owner of tvr he's a russian guy called nikoai smolenski, wheeler sold tvr to him around this march if he wants to ake some more money out of the company he could decide to put airbags in tvr's but i think if you decide to import your own tvr to the u.s and you send it to an airbag shop the police can't touch you.
it's all here http://www.caranddriver.com/article....rticle_id=9149 |

Re: Re: importing to US
It's not just airbags that need to go in. It needs to be crash tested and certified buy an importer.

Re: importing to US
yeah and i just checked the article it says they need anti lock brakes and traction control, but i not too keen on it coming to the u.s because one of the reasons to own a car like that is that nobody else has one
