I haven't read all the replies so forgive me if I repeat a few suggestions.
Have a K5 section, S-10 sections divided by body style. 94 and older, 95 and newer. Split a classifieds section the same way. Have an off topic section. my $.02

Re: Ok guys, time to get the Blazer forum organized.
go 96 and newer due to obdI and obdII... or 98 for gen 2... or leave it open because some problems (most) can be diagnosed by someone who ownes a newer vehical even though the question reguards an older one... my

Re: Ok guys, time to get the Blazer forum organized.
I won't be able to create new sections.
All I will be able to do is set up stickies for easy to read info instead of people asking the same question over and over.

Re: Ok guys, time to get the Blazer forum organized.
As I stated just before you posted, I WILL NOT be creating more sections, I will be posting a help sticky thread.

Re: Ok guys, time to get the Blazer forum organized.
Hi,
Just discovered this forum last week and have learned alot about my Blazer. The day of back yard mechanics are not the same as they used to be. I have a 68 chev and a 67 GMC and would not hesitate to tackle any job on them. My 99 Blazer transmission was a pain in the butt.
Anyway I just wanted to say thanks for all the replies I got and others for similar symtoms as the tranny is now fixed an the diagnosis from this forum was right on the money. I especially like BlazerLTs dedication to proper preventative maintenance (oil change etc).
Will still come one now and then and if there is something I can intelligently reply on I will.
One thing that would be nice for me on here is a spell checker!!
Take Care
Mike

1997 headlights
Just bought a 1997 chevy blazer LT fully loaded, 99k for $5,400
Anyone have any idea how i can put in different headlights, like a different style.. this had a real square shaped on and looks like its pushed back in the car like this:
http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/517415
Id like them to be more out and more bubble.. like this car
http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/267443
^^^ before this person put on the new front end i like the older front end that he had on before the change
If i buy those headlight for a 1997 will the go in ? Anyone help me out know of a site that i could buy them if thats all i have to do..
also HID's for the headlights and foglights? Do i have to get the wiring kit or is the bulbs that wont burn the regular wires? thanks!!
