Right now they are not importing to the US, which is a shame. They have been talking about returning to the US market for the last 5 years or so. There are plans for selling the Tamora and Tuscan, and probably the Cerbera as well. I believe the Tamora was originaly designed with the North American market in mind.
If TVR starts selling in the states again, this means you can get an older Cerbera from continental Europe in LHD, and register it as a new model year Cerbera, as in a 2003 or 2004 model..

devious, illegal, but possible. It was done quite a bit with Maseratis, they took European models, and registered them as imaginary older US models.
As for the bike, you do 220mph on a track with a very nice smooth surface, on a calm day with no wind.
