I have the letter and am willing to post it. But I found out I "may not post attachment". Why? How do I change this status?

By the way, just fyi, my Sienna is on the 3rd tranny already (been replaced 2 times). The first replace is in 2002, about 27k mile, still under standard warranty. The 2nd one is this year, 2006, about 60k miles, under this special warranty.

At first the dealer I went to pretend they never heard of such extended warranty and told me my tranny is out of warranty until I showed them this letter. They refused to give me back that letter after replacing the tranny and claimed that they need it for record and the replaced tranny is an "upgrade" and will never go bad so I don't need the letter anymore. I insisted to get at least a copy of it just in case. You never know what's gonna happen with these autos from these famous manufacturers with only marginal quality.

Contact your State Attorney General or Consumer Affairs Bureau. No way in hell should they refuse to give back your warranty letter.
