lol, not a bad start at all RSboy, (Cant call ya 92RS) better than my start actually lol. cept i have the L98 engine and yeah the transkit is for the auto. i think the manual just gets a shifter. so buy the transkit for the 700R4. you shouldnt have a computer controlled one, i think those were in 93. but im not positive. for streeet tires, i usually just go with Goodyear Eagles. but thats just me. my flowmaster american thunder 3in system just came in, beautiful 24in chrome tips. so now im ordering the edelbrock headers. and ill let yall know how it turns out

alright sounds good. well i think i go enough for my cars for now my dad said i can't make it a sporty car but that was expected becasue i am not soo expirienced. but i thin khe will let me put the trans kti and maybe the headers. will i need headers if he rebuilt the engine( ihavn't been able to get a good look into becasue the guy at the shop isn't in a rush and i am) would he have put new headers with it if they rebuilt the engine?
also 92RS what kind of tires do u go with... i'd like they wider like they stick out and inch or so ya
know, 89iroc&rs get a pic of your car with the chrome tips if ya can. i will get a pic of mine before i touch it then when i get her spiced up also.

well, if you wanna know if it has headers, pop the hood and look. if there are individual long tubes that run down into a collector, then it has headers, if it has the cast iron "log" manifolds, then it has the original manifolds, and not headers. as far as pics with the tips, it will be a while, gotta order my headers, and do it all at once. when i put the new trans in and everything, so i gotta get a saturday off work, and who knows when thats gonna happen.

I'm running Goodrich G-force T/A KDW 255/45/z16
they're a little wider than stock and stick out a bit, but not a whole lot. They about even with the top of the wheel well wich makes it stick out a bit on the front and back.
