You must be thinking of Marcos Highway going up to Baguio. That's not the one. It's Marcos Highway going to Antipolo. It's around at the Marikina area, I think. People hang out around Shell there, on Friday and Saturday.
yeah, i was...sorry. grew up in baguio...thinking bout it makes me miss it even more. just wish i could go back home. how fast do the cars there go? like in terms of secs? never really watch them race there...not even in baguio.
I've heard of something going about high and low 13s, and up to low 12s even. There's one that my friend said is a Civic SiR that goes all the way to high 11s. Of course, there are already 10 second Evos here, something that not even people in the U.S. were able to do.
10 secs? i think the reason why they arent able to do those times in the US is coz of the emissions...they are so strict with the emissions in the US. they want to make the cars as a daily driven car too. not like you know where...can always talk your way out of it.
went back to the philippines last summer to visit family, there sure are a lot of city's there. a lot of corolla altis' too.
i don't remember this too well, but i saw what seemed to be some kind of toyota echo hatchback, but i'm pretty sure it wasn't named echo. what was it called again?
you know how it is...its a small world. yes they call the new corollas the corolla altis. its still called the echo. there are two kinds. forgot their names. one is ok...hatchback. the other one is so wierd looking, like a van and a hatchback crossbred or something.
Toyota Echo--that atrocious-looking thing that's even more horrid than the new Honda City. It is nice for city driving, though. Nice to meet fellow Filipinos here as well.
