Re: What's the fastest.....

I had to look to make sure that I'm in the right forum, with the new look, all these names that I don't recognize and more puzzling than that is all the peope that have been banned.

No speedo is 100% accurate. And they can't be anyways since your tires change as they get warmer and wear out more. There are several other factors in there including pressure.

The most accurate speeds can be calculated at the only safe place. The race track.

If you don't have a track close to you do some research to see if there are some legal street races close by. They usually have the police there using their radar, and no tickets involved..

If that isn't possible ask the police if they can arange an unofficial meeting with you on a straight quiet road. They might just go for it.

Re: What's the fastest.....

I don't mean anything by this, But the speed claims that I am reading kind of don't make sense. Please tell me what your rear ratio is, and what your rpm is registering at what speed. I run my blazer at the track, but it also is a daily driver. I have a 373 rear and it also is a 4x4 and my dyno'd engine has 508hp. With a vortech supercharger and countless mods and engine work. I just want to know "HOW DID YOU REACH A 145mph AND WHERE?"

That is my problem right now just trying to figure out who all got banned and whatnot. I can't wait to the bugs are worked out of this system and then it will be sweet.

Re: What's the fastest.....

It's a no no to post in a thread over 3 months old... let alone a thread that is 3 years old.

Maybe start a new topic?
