Besides, a little de-badging, wing/foglamp deletion, will amplify things even more.
Now imagine an SR20DET swap in that de-badged car with steel rims...
Other than that, an Omni GLH-S, that runs 14.8 STOCK, or any of the older turbo-Dodges would work too, especially a K-car.

Because theyre ugly and slow and nobody would be caught driving let alone owning one ...
j/k, now take your mouse away from the "Ban" option
Also, dont you remember Carrrnut??? It isnt a sleeper if it has a power adder

Besides, no power-adder yet, so according to him, I'm REALLY sleeper .

I sleeper would be a car that is unsuspection to others. So to everyone here who knows your car, then it doesn't count, cause we all know what it can do.

On the street though, this is a different story.

www.getawayinstockholm.com
has NTSC DVD's but they cost like $34 (i just bought GIS4 for this price)
www.play.com has PAL DVD's (EUROPEAN STANDARD) whether or not it has NTSC DVD (US TV COMPATIBLE) is another matter.

civics aren't sleepers, peopel know there fast. I"m talking about cars that look shitty but are fast as fuck with a little internal work. Omni's are sleepers, an honda mini van with nos is a sleeper (my friend hooked pu prelude got his ass handed to him by a Odyessy that sprayed him). The sleepers I'm talking about are cars that are not meant to be fast, but people make them that way.

ALL my cars in GT3 are sleepers, no body kits, no nothin, jus extremely high horsepower! but where i live, i have heard of a 11 sec Supra singo turbo. I kno like 5 DSM sleepers including one 3000GT VR4...very scary sleepers. but those cars rarely come where i street race, i call them the Wanderers..

1. Civics aren't sleepers because they aren't fast.
2. So you're saying that you can't have a sleeper from the factory? The Omni GLH came like that from the factory, all the turbo Dodges did.
On another note, I don't see you guys can call The Eclpise/Laser/Talon and the 3000GT/Stealth sleepers. Do you even know the defenition? A sleeper is something that you don't expect to be fast. When you see those cars you do expect them to be. Hell, I know people that think the new Elcipse is fast.

fastest civic ive seen at a track was an 11 sec crx, it had a turbocharged integra motor in it, and it was street legal. i ve also heard about, but never saw at a track, an all motor 11 sec crx with a b18c in it, the guy took everything out to reduce weight, and replace a lot of parts with lighter ones. this was also street legal.

Civic SiR's, B18c Integras and H22a Preludes are very unassuming- especially in thier JDM trims
The Peugeot 306 GTi-6 looks like something Granny would be drive- but beware- don't let it catch you off guard
The MINI Cooper S, Renault Clio RS (Esp. with a Tuned ECU, Intake and exhaust- honoured by the factory warranty) and the Peugeot 206 RC180 all look like little City cars- but can go to 100 km/h in less than 7 seconds.
How about a Holden Commodore SS (a VY one) with Executive bumpers, headlights and badges- and chuck on Hubcaps- or would the V8 rumble give it away??
Nissan Laurels powered by RB25's and A#1 Cefiros in a decent state of tune are also vey sleeper like- especially if you make them look like diesels
The Lancer GSR looks like any other Lancer- but is shockingly fast- basically a detuned Evo........
The Alfa ROmeo 156 GTA is scorchingly quick but looks like just another Q car- as does the Subaru Legacy GT (latest model that was in EVO a few months ago)
And we can't forget the Audi S4 and Mercedes-Benz AMG Cars..........

Hmm... I wouldn't call those last two "sleepers" per se... especially the E55 AMG for example; definitely not a sleeper.
