Ferrari 250 Testarossa 1958 - Chasis number 0714
Hello fellow modellers,
this is my last completed model, the MFH Ferrari Testarossa pontoon fender. I was inspired by Alex's red Testarossa at Italian Horses, but decided to go for the black/red nose version even though the kit decals were for few different yellow Ferraris. Painted with Zero paint and lacquered with Zero's 2K clear, some scratchbulding parts added under the hood, changed the gas tank cap with openable one from MFH. The seats were also relorked to be inline with the images of the real car. I decided not to add the 124/DM markings (which this car is ofthen displayed with) as I like the pure black body more. This was my first 1/24 MFH build and I made a lot of mistakes, that hopefully I will avoid in the future. For exampe check the door panel lines, they got filled with the clear. Such a noob mistake! Anyway, any advice, tips or constructive criticism are most welcome! best regards, Sasho lets try resized pics Last edited by ssasho0; 08-17-2018 at 01:54 PM. |

Looks great! Its not an easy kit to build and yours turned out awesome. One of my favorite color schemes on these TRs.
You need to re-size the pictures before posting them - AF does not automatically resize them. I think anywhere from 1000 to 1600 pixels on the long side is the best.
