camaros weren't bad, especially the ones from the late 80's....
BUT WHO THE HELL BUYS A CAMARO FOR PERFORMANCE.......
WITH A V6!!!!!!!!!!!!
you've got to be kidding me, a V6 in a camaro is rediculous, it's a chick car... real men get the V8. Then you wouldn't have to bitch about track times, with a few mods you'd hit 11.0 sec and below quarters.

Chevy didn't build MY Camaro... They only provided a canvas for my work. If Chevy HAD built MY Camaro they would still be building it!
Being questioned by someone who drives a 1990 Taurus LX.... What has AF become?!

Like ur tib's v6 is any better
Tib's V6 is one of the worst engineered v6. I've seen...
Quite poorly engineered, hence the price

that maybe, but then why are the new tibs kicking most of the cars in it's class's ass... it's not always the engine, it also has to do with how everything is put together, in the case of a camaro that car was put together to hold the V8, then they put in a V6 to make it cheaper, the tib on the other hand is an upgrade to a V6, hence it's tuned for a V6
PLUS..... i've already done all the projecting and for a couple thousand i'll be runnin up around 400hp and then a nitrous shot that will add anywhere between 100 and 200hp depending on how i set it up. and with that i'll be competing with the big boys..... base corvette, camaro SS, and so on, and competing damn well. not to metion that i would murder anyone in my class.
even slightly modified tibs haul major ass, do your homework, and even with no mods on it right now i'll kick you and your mx6's ass.
The new engines for the tib are being looked at as the next skyline engine in terms of the power that's able to be unlocked. So my guess at 400hp may be an undershot by a lot.

my mx6 is j-spec v6 engineered in 1993 that produces 200bhp...klze v6. Now ur car is 2003 and produces 170bhp. Wow 10 years behind. And you try to compare this to a porche.
Please, tib is not a bad car. But Like I say, you guys need time to even try to compare the STOCK cars to porche, BMW...
Sure, it;s cheap and you can mod it, but as stock it is just really a crappy car and that's what I am trying to say if anyone is listening...

when did i say i was comparing my car to a porsche, let alone a stock tib.... that i know i would get my ass kicked, i said my class, which last time i checked consisted of little p.o.s. civics and suck crap, it didn't include any porsche's unless you wanna go into the 924, 944, and 914.... but those cars to tell the truth aren't incredibly fast ... my brother has a 944 and has had a 914 but we haven't raced so i don't know what would happen with a lower end porsche, but the new ones are too fast even when i've got it tuned.

OMFG ya try. This is the funniest crap I heard in my life. Don't even think you can get there with that crappy engineering. RB series went through so much tme and tuning to get it was then now it is going to be VQ series after a BIG change that nissan took alot of pride in.
Keep on dreaming, cause you'd think all the japanese cars have tried to make cars like skyline and try to compete. I dun see any since day 1 the skyline ALSI model has been produced at 1957.

Hyundai as of now does not have much to offer as a STOCK car. Civics are originally meant to be an economical cars. If you think "HYUNDAI" is great, not just tib, go compare like S2000 and ur tib stock. I dun care about mod cause anyone can do it.
That's why its cheap. It's all steel chasis, crap interior, crap engine. But then you can mod it. That's the benefit of tib. As a company, It really got no engineering skills compare to the other car companies. Until then, have fun trying to convince that Hyundai is a good company as a whole

Hyndai has no match to honda as a company
or any other car companies. Civics are more well engineered compare that of elantra. No such thing as cheap AND better. Hyundai cars are cheap for reason. Civic is NOT crap.
I'm trying to tell you that Hyundai has no technology or innovation of, lets say, Honda since all you tib drivers wants to flame Honda. Just read my previous point when I reply to bad-tuscani.
As you saying civic is crap, it is not. Ricers are crap. As for everyday transportation, I'd take civic any day over cheap elantra.
I keep on comparing cause you tib drivers like to compare. like boxster, BMW...That's what I find funny and I am trying to tell you that you are out of your place trying to compare Hyundai cars in general to european cars.
Basically: Tib owners like you are too full of yourself, your car, and your car company.
So My point:IMHO, Hyundai sucks, has no unique technology or innovative ideas so stop flaming such accomplished compay as Porche, BMW, Honda, Nissan.....Until Hyundai accomplishes something great like those companies.
There's one thing though. Hyundai does have good place in WRC. I do give some props to the WRC cars. They keep it up and they might be able to come up with something in the future. That I'd admit. They do great.
