Removing Rust spots on 1998 Honda accord

I have a white 1998 Honda accord with some small rust spots in various spots and especially around the wheel wells. Is there a quick and easy way to remove these spots? Any help is appreciated.

Re: Removing Rust spots on 1998 Honda accord

Not really, unless they are just pinhole paint chips that have a rust stain bleeding out from them. If they have any scale or are raising paint around them, it's all the way through the panel. Rust sucks.
