1999 dodge rattle
also if you take a can of wd-40 and spray belt/pulleys the noise will stop for a few seconds

Now that you sprayed wd 40 on your belts maybe start there and while you have the blet or belts off spin all your pulleys and make sure they do not wobble and are not making any noise. Either way I do not suggest apraying wd 40 on belts, if they where not a problem before they will be....

changed waterpump,pwer sterring pump,alternater,idler pulley, belt tension pulley and tensioner, new belt,a/c pump the noise is a rattle squeal noise

Take the belt off, start the engine and see it the noise is still there.
Don't run the engine for more than a minute and don't drive it with the belt off.

ok thought i had the noise fixed when i put on the old belt it seemed tigher no noise for a little while then it started again the only way to stop the noise for a little while is to rub bar soap on pulleys and belt but would like to figure out a permanent fix
