2001 Durango brake lights

Ok so I was driving today and a lady pulled up next to me and told me my brake lights were out. I checked the fuse and it was fine. So then i checked the bulbs, sure enough all 5 were burned out. I replaced the bulbs and still nothing. So then I installed a new switch, still no lights. Can anyone please tell me what to check next.

Rcollings,

Check the light bulbs sockets as they might have shorted out. Overtime every part of your circuit developes resistance to electicity and in your case it might be just that. Have your dealership or mechanice check it out with an olhmeter and if necessary swap them out. Sooner or later we all have to do them.
