Peugeot 407
Hello Guy's,
First time user so not sure how this works, Bought a Peugeot 407 136hp HDi recently, Best MPG on a run so far 41 mpg, Manufactures claim 57 on a run. Anyone else out there had similar probs? Alan. |

Welcome to the forum Alan!
There is no need to post the same question twice. The tests are being made in specific conditions and enviorment, like huw3750 said. I believe you can't genuinely compare the MPG's that the manufacture claims to the real life driving conditions, there will always be a slight difference. Ive got a 407SV with the 2.0LHDI engine and i get the same MPG, but i heard that the manufacturer does an estimate from testing on a rolling road, IE no head wind.
