1979 Pontiac Grand Am El Camino
My grandfather recently passed away and he had one of these. I took it to a Pontiac car show out in Oakland County, Michigan just this last fall. Everyone was asking about it – and of course it won best in show. He would always tell me stories about how he saw it getting hauled away to the crusher but told the workers to drop it off in his driveway for $200. Since he’s gone now, my grandmother could use the money for the car. However, I don’t know much about the value or anything. I know he modeled it specifically after the one in the Pontiac museum so for reference you can look at that one. Otherwise, I would really like to hear from anyone with any knowledge on it. Thanks.

In fact, my grandfather, Darell Lotridge, was featured in the 2002 Dec edition of High Performance Pontiac magazine for this car.

And if you'll take a look at this link, he won best in class at a car show for this car.
