#17 Western Auto Lumina - Darrell Waltrip
Hi
I'm trying to determine the number of 'fades' from light grey to black on that livery in '91 to '93. (Not sure how long before DW changed to the Monte Carlo?) I have counted 5 - or is the dark in the Monogram decals supposed to be black? Then it is four. I think... I have not been able to locate anything but dodgy pictures of models on the net. My trusty stock of Autosport hasn't been able to produce anything worth a second look. So does anyone around here have some pictures of that car around '91 to '93? Thanks in advance Flemming |

Hi Flemming,
Hopefully, these pictures are of some help.. The Lumina body was used in Nascar between 1990-94 though some 2nd line teams were still running them in 1995 (mainly on short tracks) when the Monte Carlo was re-introduced. HTH Cheers, Andrew |
