Arrow 1998 Rear Defrost Doesn't Work

My rear defrost does not work in my Ford Escort SE Wagon.
I press the button and it lights up, but doesn't work.
I can hear the relay click after I press the button.
The fuse is good, but I'm not getting any power to the grid.

What should I do now?

Re: 1998 Rear Defrost Doesn't Work

When you say your not getting power to the grid; does that mean you checked the connector at the grid for voltage?

If you have no power at the connector but hear the relay click; check for power out of the relay.

If there is voltage at the grid connector you may have broken grid lines.

Post back which is the case.

Yeah. Then for shits I checked all the grid lines across and nothing.

So, trace it from the relay to connector? I wish I could find a diagram showing exactly where it runs.
