They are good quality.
But arguably not worth the price. DC Sports headers, as I stated above, are nearly identical to the stock Prelude headers. Getting them is a waste of money that will give you gains that simply aren't worth it. AEM pipes have the nifty little bypass valve... otherwise I would not recommend anyone getting them at all. You can save alot of money making your own intake system that more or else functions the same way. I don't believe in wasting time worrying about what particular intake or header to get as long as they meet your requirements. You're only going to make a little extra power trying to get the "best" part, and alot of times these "best" parts will become inadequate for your next stage and you end up having to get rid of them anyways. It's better to choose on availability and price. Or if you really really want that red pipe with the AEM logo on it, then it's up to your own personal preference.

do you have anything bad to say about the AEM V2 intake, i only ask because i want to know, i'm not trying to be a smartass or anything...
